ADI TRAINING PACKAGES
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Ann will have a one-hour face-to-face consultation with you to discuss all the elements of our training programme and your individual training requirements. This is free of charge.
PROGRAMME INDUCTION
Ann will complete a 1 hour programme induction with you to ensure that you understand the whole process for becoming an ADI including, programme details, training material, DVSA test requirements and fees and full terms and conditions. This will also include the creation of your individual training plan which will be bespoke to your individual requirements, learning preferences, and takes into account any previous knowledge or experience you may have.
ADI PART 1 SUPPORT
Most people find that they can revise for the theory test without our support. If however you do need support or advice whilst revising then we can provide it.
ADI PART 2 DRIVING INSTRUCTION
Ann will provide in-car driving instruction to ensure that your driving is of the required standard to pass the ADI part 2 (driving ability) test. The average amount of time required to achieve the required standard is approximately 10 hours. We offer a pay-as-you-go process, so that you are only paying for the time you need.
ADI PART 3 COACHING
Ann will provide training to ensure that you can give instruction to the required standard to pass your ADI part 3 (ability to instruct) test. There is no minimum amount of hours required before you can take the part 3 test - you will have 2 hourly training sessions until the required standard is reached. The training will include a mixture of training formats to suit different learning styles including practical application, written material and discussions. We offer a pay-as-you-go option, or discounted blocks of 20 or 40 hours.
ADI PART 3 COACHING WITH TRAINEE LICENSE
This option enables you to apply for a Trainee Driving Instructor license after you have had a minimum of 40 hours of training. This allows you to legally teach pupils to drive, earning money from your lessons, put into practice all that you have learnt in your training and refine your skills ready for your test. You are required by the DSA to do a minimum of 40 hours training before you can apply for the trainee license, and then you must complete further training before you can take the part 3 test. This training can either be a further 20 hours coaching with us (away from your pupils), or if you prefer you can be supervised whilst giving paid instruction for 20% of the time. We offer a pay-as-you-go option, or discounted blocks of 20 or 40 hours.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
We can give you one to one support in setting up your business. It includes support and advice on self-employment, HMRC, bookkeeping, marketing and website design. We offer a pay-as-you-go option or a discounted block of 20 hours.
